The EPB Employee Health Center is now accepting online booking for well and sick visit patient appointments. Well and sick patients who are experiencing non-COVID-19 related symptoms may schedule their appointment online using the patient portal or by calling 423-648-3350. If you are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, please call 423-648-3350 for information regarding local testing sites. If you are sick, masks will continue to be required during your clinic visit.
For immediate care, please text the clinic 24/7, at 423-648-3350. You do not need to schedule a Telehealth visit in advance, simply text when you need us for on-demand care.
