One to One continues to offer 24/7 Telehealth to 
​EPB  employees.

Although your clinic is now open for well-visits, 24/7 Telehealth is still offered to you! Feel free to call 423-648-3350 with questions, to schedule a Telehealth visit or if you are experiencing technical difficulties. While our Telehealth providers are able to diagnose and treat most health related concerns, it is possible the provider may feel that you need to be referred to another level of care at an outside facility.

Your employee health center will resume in person visits for WELL VISITS ONLY. 

Labs will begin at 7am on Thursdays if you would like to take early fasting labs.
 
The health center will operate by APPOINTMENT ONLY!! The hours of operation on 
Monday – Thursday (8am – 5pm) and Friday (8am – 12pm). 

​Please call the call center at 423-648-3350 to make an appointment. We will phase in additional services and walk-in hours as state and local recommendations dictate.

Please follow the following guidelines upon arrival:
• Please wait in your car, call the clinic to notify them you are in the parking lot and wait for instructions on when to enter the building
​• A mask/face covering is required at all times.
 
Things to remember to stop the spread of COVID-19
• H2H visits will continue along with curbside services for those who do not wish to come inside the clinic.
• Continue social distancing to minimize close contact as much as possible; applies to employees and patients.  
• Hygiene helps stop the spread. Wash hands with soap and water frequently as well as the frequent us of hand sanitizer.

ATTENTION—Important Clinic information:
Due to requirements related to COVID-19, we are screening and re-screening all patients.  Patients with negative screenings may be cleared for a scheduled in-clinic well visit.  Patients with an illness will be scheduled for telehealth/h2h/telephone visits.  We will continue to offer telehealth/h2h/telephone visits, curbside medication pick-ups and allergy injections by appointment only.
